Albert Young (Young's Automotive Repair) had the 2002 Dodge Neon for over 4 1/2 months and rendering me false hope that he's doing the labor, but also telling me he working on someone else's vehicle. I've paid him for the Engine Block over a month ago to have it put in. He has taken the Engine Block out of the vehicle. And what can I do to resolve the issue? Resolution Sought Repair the vehicle ASAP.
