I paid for sink and granite to be removed they charge me for that I hired a contractor to remove my countertop and I bought a sink trouble in the stories. Before it was installed I ordered a round 12 inch cutting board to match my granite they told me it would be in early January at the end of January it wasn't ordered early April I went to get it it's 29 x 17 it's a cut out from somebody else's granite sink and they're not doing anything about it. My desire is to get a 12 inch round cutting board in granite that matches my countertop Resolution Sought My desire is to get a 12 inch round cutting board in granite that matches my countertop

The customer was refunded back $400 for Youngtown Granite And Quartz not doing her tearout and the customer provided her own sink. The sink was $200 and tearout was $200 so she was refunded back that $400 with a check (#1257). The customer signed contracts and nowhere on the signed contracts did she have that she wanted a cutting board. All cutting boards are $100 and the customer did not pay $100 for a cutting board. We gave her a free cutting board after the fact. She came and picked up from the shop. We did this as a courtesy as we usually charge $100. The customer's recent/new complaint is the free one she received is too big. We tried to explain numerous times the cutting board wasn't part of original contract or ever purchased.
