I was not happy with the Service

Well they have an employee named Josh that works for them and this issue has to do with him. I am the one that signed the contract with them for my mother Ms. Yauger who was client. I am my mom's Power of Attorney, so when I spoke to Josh and I signed a contract I stated to him what my mother needed at the time. The area for aging was there she talked about the hours, her name was Jessica this was the social worker in charge of my mother's case. So when I told them my mother was diabetic and she would need assistance administering her shots he agreed, never stated that they cannot assist with that and Jessica was there at the time that we discussed this. So once I heard them say they positively have aides already hired for my mother's case that made me excited to sign the contract. Before we switched to comfort care we were with Pento Homecare, outside of Uniontown. I thought of telling my sister-in-law Kathy to work for them so when it came time to switching agencies I asked my sister-in-law if she would switch to comfort care and she stated yes that she was going to take a leave for 4 to 6 weeks so Comfort Care agreed they would have somebody cover her shift. First they stated that I can put an ad on Facebook looking for aide, but if I like them they would have to go through Comfort Care to be hired. So I posted an article on Facebook and I decided I did not want this aide for my mother I told Josh. Ends up being they did not give me a notice that they were going discontinue my mother's care as of that day, he gave a 3 hour notice. There was no issue with their safety are anything, Josh hung up on me, and his supervisor called back left message they were pulling out that day. I am disappointed about the aide they choose and he refused to take her off the schedule and she was only for 8 hours a week. Me being her Power of Attorney, I had that right to do so.
