Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

The worst experience ever. These people are just racist and condescending and they shouldn't have a business. If you signed up to have a business, you signed up for customers, all types, all colors, and their complaints. Customers are always right. This man who calls himself the owner, called me a Bitch only because I refused to be treated with disrespect from his wife, the nail tech, who was giving me attitude the moment I sat down on her chair. On my defense, I got up and was headed out the door. I never once said anything to them as far as cussing and for the owner to call me by that name and on top of that after taking my money all these times I've gone in there is a disgrace to all nail technicians and these people that own their business. No descent person or professional would ever say that to any customer let alone to a loyal one. I believe this was an unethical situation and for the trauma I had to endure from this man's yelling in my face, with insults and derogatory words towards me, I need to be refunded every dollar I've spent there. Resolution Sought I would first want them to refund every dollar I spent there which is around 1000 dollars, an apology for calling me derogatory slurs and cussing towards me.
