Your way catering (Timothy Bellamy) failed to meet the terms of a contract . Timothy Bellamy did not meet per phone As promised following the event for a resolution. Three meeting times were planed per phone and he failed to answer his phone. Timothy will not answer phone calls from me. He provides no response to the breeched contract. He has provided no explanation. However he did receive payment in full for services he failed to render. As a result I had to pay an additional $300 out of pocket pertaining to his breech. He has failed to render a response. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund of 1,360.00 plus 300. 00 .

I had a family emergency and did not get back to Mrs Jackson in a timely manner due to a il brother , I provided Mrs Jackson with catering services on August 9,2025 in Romeoville IL for her and her guests. I spoke to her son when I left and told her that I would refund 50 of her total due to tardiness because of an accident on the expressway I served Mrs Jackson's entire party of 80 plus ppl that I counted myself in the room before I cut her birthday cake there was ample food and ppl came up for seconds & said how good the food were and asked for business cards As I was leaving I saw pizza coming in the door and have no reason when there were still food left from the catering services I am not reponsible for what Mrs Jackson paid out of pocket for pizza or whatever because there were ample food for the guests As I said earlier in the text I am willing to refund Mrs Jackson 50 of her total that she paid Minus cost what every guest ate at the time of her event plus travel time

Everything he stated is not true . He breached the food contract. All the ordered food items were not provided per our contract and it was not enough food for 80 people. No one had seconds because several family members did not eat because it was not enough food. It appeared 40 people could be served. He offered no explanations to me. My Son stated Tim Bellamy offered to give me back half of the money when they spoke briefly that night That is $680.00 In addition he breached the contract times. Another son purchased chicken, and other food items so that our guest could eat including those that were turned away . To date I have not heard from this company and they did not respond to my attempts to reach them. I am dissatisfied with this response .

First of all no one bought chicken I was the one who had extra chicken in the kitchen and I was the one who served the last guest that was In line and she said I bought food for 40ppl that is not true , I always bring ample food for all of my events and get great response so if she says that I bought food for 40 ppl that is not true because again I served the last folks in line When you do an event it’s not guaranteed seconds especially when I served all of Mrs Jackson’s guests and mind you I always do a guest count with a clicker as they come in and I also do a tables & head count while all the guests are there So if all your guest were served it’s not an all you can eat buffet because then I would have charges you for 160ppl not 80 I agreed on 50 of the total back due to traffic circumstances that I was stuck in coming from North West Indiana(Gary Indiana) which I could not control
