Customer Complaint

Made a purchase which went through to my card. Received a message stating my order was incomplete. Then received an email saying complete my order before it's too late. Call the company to find out about my order, was told I have wrong shipping address card would not except. Then hung up on me. Verified address was correct which it was, Called Company back up, A woman answers the phone this time, yelling and swearing at me and hangs up. Then calls me from her personal cell phone to harass me. She then calls the local police department and files a complaint against me for harassment. From the sounds of it it is scam artist a woman and a man that are working from home with a baby crying in the background. Resolution Sought Refund my money
