Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I call them to fix my brakes and they didn't complete the service and they told me that my money will stay on file for a year and they will not replace or refund my money Resolution Sought I want my money back because they didn't service my car at all , so they shouldn't keep my money for not doing anything to the car

So I used yourmechanic.com to get some work done on my vehicle the 1st time I used them was on 1/1/23 went well on 1/12 the mechanic they sent did poor work caught my engine on fire and lied. I called to complain and was told nothing they could do take it to another shop they were not going to work on it again. They do a 50 point inspection that Daniel the second mechanic didn't even do and made a false inspection report then when I left a bad review he texted me and harassed me. I would like part of my money back for labor since I was told by Joe calibers and oil change I could drive my car again now I cannot. Daniel sprayed brake cleaner all of my engine told me 30 mins I could start again and left then after I complained I was told do not drive it Resolution Sought 400 refund on labor the oil filter was not changed as per the report it is leaking almost cost me car
