Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I was loan searching and somehow my information was given to them through that and they started charging me 7.94 every week and I didn't even have a set up account with them. When asked to resolve they only refunded me for one charge out of 4 and canceled my "plan". I use credit karma and have no need to use a service to see my score. Really worried how they just took my information and then didn't give me back all the money they took from me. Just don't want this to happen with anyone else. Resolution Sought I would like my total refund. Not just the one charge.

Tonight I've received my second email from my Go2Bank notifications: stating: Alert :Declined transaction at YourScoreAndMore.com for $7.94 declined/your Debit CardIs Locked. Resolution Sought I've got photos, & all on my phone. Catch them,stop them,have them prosecuted If possible. If my card was unlocked/ they woulda got me.im on ssi. thanku,gdluck.
