Consumer states; Yesterday I received 3 packages from Youthful Essence which I NEVER ordered. There is an account # which i NEVER set up. Apparently my Master card is being charged and this must be some sort of fraud, scam or mistake. Resolution Sought Consumer states; Please respond to this message ASAP.

Date: 10/15/24 Complaint date: 9/20/2024 Dear Ms. Levy, Thank you for contacting us through the Business Consumer Alliance. We received your inquiry and sincerely apologize for any miscommunication. We take these complaints very seriously and appreciate the time you have taken to let us know about your experience. We also regret the delay in responding to your complaint filed on September 20th as we only received this complaint October 11th. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with any shipments or charges for Youthful Essence as we have not offered or serviced that product line in several years. We recommend contacting your financial institution to see if they can provide any contact information for the source of the charges and if necessary dispute any charges if you are unable to contact the merchant who shipped the items.
