My channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/comedoz) was permanently removed due to an alleged violation of the Harmful or Dangerous Content Policy. I respectfully believe that this decision was made in error and that the punishment does not correspond to YouTube's own policy enforcement procedures. According to YouTube's guidelines, such a violation should typically result in a warning or, at most, a strike, rather than an immediate and permanent removal of the entire channel. However, my channel was deleted without prior notice or any active strikes, which suggests a possible mistake by the automated review system (AI). I suspect the issue may be related to a recently published video that included a fictional scene involving a Telegram bot associated with a casino. This was purely part of a scripted narrative, not a real or promotional endorsement of gambling. According to YouTube's Harmful or Dangerous Content Policy, fictional or dramatized depictions are permitted when they do not promote or encourage harmful behavior. Additionally, I did not receive any information identifying the specific video that allegedly violated the policy. On August 12, 2025, I submitted a ticket (A2DSIYBIPJDS7DGFAR6Y7V365A) to YouTube Legal requesting clarification. On August 13, 2025, I received a generic response that did not address my specific concern or identify the violating video. Unauthorized charge september first twenty twenty i do not have the services.I cancel two months ago, and it was charged to me again this month now, it's impossible to get in touch with anyone telling me i'm not rentitled to refund Resolution Sought I want my refund no one authorized that charge, especially when I canceled two months ago
