Correct the problem before others are treated or I should cheated the same way.
I have been a customer of taco bell sense I was a young girl. I have never had a complaint about my service until now. I think the food is great, but the last two times I have been there is confusing. I was there last night Friday 3/13/20. I ordered the same thing I usually order but for some reason last night my order cost me 2.00 more than usual. I did think complain. But I went back tonight and ordered the same items and paid 2.00 less tonight than last night. When I called and spoke to the manager on duty she gave me a hard time, so I told her that I would speak to home office. When I got both of my receipts out and looked at them they were exactly the same. But I paid 2.00 more last night than tonight. But I can't prove it because the receipts are correct. I think it's a shame that someone can't go to a drive thru and be treated fairly and honestly. I will not after almost fifty years of great food that I really enjoy and cannot go back because like most people that trust the service and count on the truthfulness of the store can't allow them to continue to be so dishonest. I will tell my friends and family to be aware of them. Thank you for so many years of good service and great food.

You all need to know what's really going on.
On May 23 you all got a live video on Facebook where a customer was drinking beer and came across the counter and grab the chicken out then your employee tried pushing him out the restaurant. But I really think they did a prank and it went virtual 67,000 people seen this video. I will never visit this KFC again. You all need a new manager because this KFC have went down real ghetto including your managers!!!
