I went into Z laundromat today to wash my rugs as I always do and right in the middle of the washing cycle it stopped leaving water in the washer so I told the attendants and one of them asked if I put too much soap I told her no and that has nothing to do with your machine stopping in the middle of the cycle after the attendant looked around he realized it was the machine and apologized and told. Me this happened not too long ago and that he would fix it and would I leave my name and number and he would call me when it was done that was 10:30 am this morning so when I didn't hear anything about 3:00 pm this afternoon I went back there only to find my rugs still in the washer so I asked the attendants what's being done now I was told I had to wait until tomorrow when a mechanic can come if ones comes in the meantime my stuff is sitting in water and possibly mildew Resolution Sought I would like my rugs washed again by them and if they are messed up due to sitting in water I would like my rugs replaced
