0n 05/24/25 i made a purchase using my debit card for 4 dollars . Today 05/25 checked my balance they also charged 15 dollars to my card. They have done this twice before. This is a problem. I thought mistake at first had my bank to take care of the additional charge. I think they do this all the time. Purchase 05/23/25. Ticket number: MD: XXXXXXXXXXXX029 TID:XXXXX537 AID: A0000000042203. This purchase was made on 05/23/25 for the amt of $4.00. My debit card was also charged $15.00 unauthorized. This company double charge your credit card. They play clueless when they are informed. Fair business practice is all i want from them. To me this is stealing. Shame on them. There are others i know about. Resolution Sought Be fair they are already over priced. Charge people what they spend nothing more.

The complaint has no validity. The customer was not charged $15.00. She was charged only $4.00 on 05/24/25 to her Mastercard ending in 9487. In addition, there were no charges at all to her Mastercard ending in 9487 on 05/23/25. I am enclosing a copy of the receipt for the 05/25/25 purchase in the amount of $4.00, and a copy of the charges for 05/23 and 05/24, As you can see, only $4.00 was charged 05/24/25.
