The sign outside states this cigarettes $3.99 you go in to buy them and they cost $4.39.

Is this not false advertising. This was placed up just before the new tax hike on July 1st. The sign outside states this cigarettes $3.99 you go in to buy them and they cost $4.39. This store was just bought out by for your convenience from Z-Trip in oak park. They should be charging what the add states not what they want inside.
