I had multiple jobs to be done in my upstairs bathroom, I will list the ones that was horribly done is the repair of sheet rock on the ceiling that was not cut correctly also the spackle was not done right and smooth correctly and the sheet rock is uneven, also the fan vent hole was cut to large to insert the fan cover owner said he broke the cover and never sent the correct cover that matches the fan also the painting job was disgusting my wife had to redo the painting on the walls, he contracted a professional partner and came one time this owner finished it by doing a horrible job. The only right things he did was the treatment for mold and connect the light fixture, also when my wife initially met him for the consultation she informed him that only Wednesday and Thursday the only days that both of us will be home due to us working after his first arrival to our home he complained that he has to come different days threatening that wont get done because he has other jobs to be at, he did not provide us excellent customer service as a homeowner, my family was here at easter and mother's day saw the work and was horrified by it I had text him and only replied once and at one time confronted him at acme to fix the issues only thing he did was sending a generic fan cover that didn't fit this person is a horrible business owner my next step will be going to small claims court, I do have pictures of the uneven ceiling the hole where the fan goes and the horrible paint jo Resolution Sought I want a refund for the horrible spackle and the repair of sheet rock, the hole on the ceiling for the fan vent without no cover and the terrible painting . Came back once to do touch ups that left the paint uneven by the vanity and mirror and toilet bowl. Only correct jobs were done was the mold treatment, light fixture duct cleaning for the vents that I'm not asking for reimbursement.

Customer did post job walkthrough with contractor, approved work and made final payment. The reason we don't require final payment until work is finished and approved by customer is to avoid this very issue. The customer had ample opportunity to ask for corrections instead he approved and made a timely final payment. Reason #2 - prior to starting this project we told the customer we needed to gut the whole ceiling and re-sheet rock the entire 6x8 bathroom. The customer declined and asked to just have the patch work done. Again, the customer Approved the Final work and we paid the sub-contractor. We only found out 3 weeks after completion. Please kindly explain to the customer that he was told he did not have to make his final payment unless, he was totally satisfied. Again, we stand behind the policy the customer agreed to in his contract. The customer did a full walk through after job completion, stated he was satisfied and only then made payment. Customer choose to not follow our company recommendation to replace entire bathroom ceiling, even though we told him it was necessary for a successful job outcome. Customer only paid $1,000 for this entire job. He was given a 60% home repair discount. He made a initial $400 payment and a $600 final payment.
