I purchased a car and I had it for less than 2wks.and I've had to take it back twice already,&now I've had to have it towed ,and I also told him I didn't feel it was road worthy & I wanted my money back,and this is the 2nd car he has tried to sell me and I test drove servral others on the lot & nothing is up to part on his lot,and I have asked him for a refund and there is always a excuse why I can't get a refund,if u have no vehicle to satisfy me or that is in any kinda satisfactory on his lot why can't I get my money back. Resolution Sought Refund my money,so I can go somewhere else to purchase something satisfactory for me ,cause he has nothing.

The complainant purchased a 2005 Jeep from us on January 20, 2022. She was told and was aware that it was sold AS IS and signed five times to that effect.
