Zales complaints

I had purchased a ring from Zale's February 5 2023, it was purchased with a full Warranty and Diamond Bond. We had brought the ring in twice, once for a cleaning and the second for a cleaning and Inspection. It is a rose gold morganite ring with 1/3 carrots on the band. They had never filled out the Diamond bond. Unfortunately there was an accident where the ring was damaged so we brought it in for a repair, I was jerked around about how it wasn't covered under warranty because the Diamond bond was never filled out. I explained we did our part having it inspected. The lady that inspected it said they weren't real diamonds and we didn't need to have it inspected and was very rude. we were then told no cost to repair and it would be about a week. I called a week later and I was given an estimate and told it would be a month. We have never dealt with this kind of disrespect from a company. I've tried to call corporate and No one ever answers and impossible to get ahold of anyone to file a complaint so I have to do it here. we've tried to give them a chance to make it right and are now fed up with it. Resolution Sought Keep the ring and issue a full refund. We do not want to deal with a company that we will have to continue to deal with disrespect and rude employees. Be told one thing one day and something else the next. We want to have that reassuring aspect that we won't have to worry about anything when we need it.

I took my 10 kt gold chain in to be fixed when I got it back it did not fit on my neck as I was talking to the employee it broke in 2 pieces. They told me I said my chain was worth $150.00 and that they would give me credit for that amount!! I told them I never said that but they insisted I did say that and will not compensate me for my gold chain that ruined !! They said they did a stress test on my chain and it was weak in 5 places I NEVER ASKED FOR A STRESS TEST. I'm so upset they have had my gold chain for month's. I've talked with customer service at head quarters and they tell me the same thing that I said it was only worth $150.00 they want me to give them a receipt for my chain showing how much I paid for it but I do not have the receipt anymore and it does not matter what I paid for it they ruined my gold chain that I took in for a simple repair. The store manager told me if she could give me another chain she would but she has to go by there company protocol. This is so wrong ! I've bought jewelry from them before but I will no longer buy nothing from them !! My chain did not need a stress test that they decided to do , they broke my chain more and when I got back the finished results it was much smaller and broke again they NEVER returned the piece or pieces that broke off of it. They kept that piece that broke off during the stress test and tried to put back together my chain without the missing piece if they could NOT fix it they should have given it back !! Resolution Sought To replace my 10kt gold chain they destroyed going a stress test on. I never got back the missing links
