I signed a contract with this business in October of 2022 to have sidewalks put in at my residence. I paid $600 up front with the remaining $500 to be paid when the job was finished. They failed to show up twice so I decided to get someone else to do the job. I requested to have my $600 refunded back to me and haven't received it yet despite them saying they would send it. I have tried calling and texting the guy who I initially talked to (Adan Zamora) but I don't get any response. Adan had once told me he would send the refund via a Zelle account but I didn't have one at the time and requested a check by mail. He once told me I would receive a check by the end of the week but that didn't happen. I have now opened a Zelle account and sent him the information for him to transfer the money but I get no response. Resolution Sought Get my refund of $600 back.
