My complaint against Zap

I purchased Zap after seeing many commercials extolling how well the product would restore, rather then replace stained floors, pans stained from cooking & any bathroom stains, like new. I found not only were the commercials deceiving, the return policy ended costing me more. The product was $19.95, S&H $13,90 my return S&H $11.42. I disputed it to a person who gave the return policy, his response was they do not refund S&H or my cost. He instructed that everything was to be sent back before a refund. Even the empty bottle & cleaning pads, used or not. I was not pleased with a product that doesn't do as advertised, nor should it cost more to return. I filed a complaint with the BBB & it was referred to BCA. Not only was it resolved within 3 days, I received a call from a person at Zap. They returned my S&H & full refund cost of their product. The person apologized & said they would like to send me a different product of theirs, free, my choice. I give BCA 5 star rating for the excellent job they do helping the consumer. We have a place to turn to when we deal with companies who aren't as willing to correct a problem. I found two different people at BCA who took care of my complaint to be very professional & quick to respond as well. I tell everyone I can about them. Thank You BCA!!
