They are offering rent relief to only select tenants due to COVID 19

I have lived at this establishment for five years now. They are offering rent relief to only select tenants due to COVID 19. I don't see how this is fair to others needing the same help. I would like others to know that this in not a fair opportunity and be educated before they sign a contract with this company.
