The cream soup was sour, the Shrimp Crab Cakes were fishy, the Malnec Wine was old & bitey. Resolution Sought Refund for all the above since was not eatable or drinkable! The Owner, Fillepo Lobue, was rude!

Upon investigation of this complaint with the staff and management that evening , I cannot offer a refund. Our policy does not allow a customer to "change their mind" because they felt the wine would not agree with their stomach. Simply put we could not re-serve a glass of wine after it's been delivered to a table. Furthermore, we served 200 guests that evening and sold endless amounts of soup and Shrimp Crab Cakes without a single complaint. Your check was split among other dining partners and they did not have any issues with the quality of the food. Unfortunately, we will not refund your charges.
