The company Zealthy is still charging me $135 out of account and I have not received any medication. I called numerous times and sent screen shots to them on proof of cancellation. I want it to be stopped Resolution Sought Stop taking money out of my account and delete my card information to stop future transactions

Had horrible allergic reaction to compounded segmaglutide. They had charged me 3 months supply plus 3 month membership. I asked for 2 months back and refund for meds not shipped that they had changed me. They refused to work with me or admit that they had not shipped the meds. They continued to say I had 3 months shipped to me and it was even noted in my portal where I asked why I had only received 1 vial and they said that was their process. Entire process was very confusing. Resolution Sought Refund me what is due $415.
