On 10/9/2023 @ 1:30 PM I dropped of my 2019 Cadillac Escalade to get water marks buffed, oil change, usb port fixed, door inserts installed and key fob made. We did a full walk around on the car to make sure there was no damage and paperwork was given to me. They kept my car for almost three weeks giving me the run around and stuck me in a crappy loaner. On 10/27/2023 I got a text saying my car was ready after numerous calls to them. I go pick up my truck and it was damaged. The side panel was dented in, the bumped was cracked the bottom drive side panel was missing the wax job looked terrible and still had water marks. I spoke to Scott, Chuck, Richard, Sam and Ken (GM). Once again they all gave me the run around except Chuck. Ken was very unprofessional and gave me the excuse that he has to check his video to see who caused the damage. I bought a protection plan and I told him let's put up the video and he ignored it saying "I can't promise anything". I have pictures videos of the damages and paperwork from the walk around when I dropped it off showing no damage. I've only had the car for about 6 weeks they've had it for 3 weeks and I'm paying $1k car note. I asked to get a comparable truck and they said no. They sold me on a dent protection plan and a low jack plan (that I didn't want) said they couldn't sell me the cad unless I bought it. Promised me to buff the truck and do the things stated and ruined my car and refused to take care of it. Resolution Sought I would like a full apology from them to start. I am looking for my car to be serviced correctly and all dents and damages they caused be fixed by Ziegler Chevrolet. I also would like to get compensation for lost time and two months of car payments reimbursed. I didn't purchase the truck damaged and I haven't been able to drive it in almost a month due to their unprofessionalism.
