Annoying Calls

For the past week, I have been receiving numerous calls from 877-225-9049 asking for the name of a person (the name is inaudible). My best guess is the name is David M. (leaving off the last name for privacy purposes). There is no one by that name in my home. Zeller & Associates is actually dialing my fax number and leaving a message on my answering machine. They obviously have the wrong number. I have no intentions of returning a call to Zeller & Associates. I've read numerous reviews left by others which have stated representatives from this company are rude and when they are advised they are calling the wrong number, the calls continue.

Rather than waste my time dealing with individuals who will not listen to reason, I will simply file a complaint with the FTC. Perhaps if more people would do the same, this company would get their facts straight before harassing individuals who have nothing do with their company.

Suspicious / Potential Scam or Fraud

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. For over a year, they say have been calling and leaving me unwanted automated voice recordings for "Alina Mitchell", which is not my name. I have no connection with the person they are trying to reach. The message will say things like, "this is the office of Zellar and Associates who have been hired to an asset and liability investigation on ____ person...contact the office pre-legal office...blah blah blah...This is a time sensitive matter that needs resolve." I've gotten voicemail after voicemail from these people, even after I naively tried to call them back in the beginning to tell them they had the wrong number for Ms. Mitchell and to kindly request they remove my number from their call list. After several attempts, I just stopped answering. Now their contact info is stored as "Don't answer-Fraud". If you look at their website, to contact them, they strongly encourage you give your telephone number. I highly advise against this. I have not successfully gotten them to stop calling me.
