THIS is THE WORST DISPENSARY OUT THERE. Again, allowing medical patients to order product only to be told "sold out" when I got there… and the product I wanted is STILL on the menu! They are letting staff put aside product for medical patients aside FOR THEMSELVES until they get paid. Third time it's happened. Don't ever go there. Worst dispensary ever! Resolution Sought Make this right.

Zen Leaf Dispensary employees have repeatedly given me incomplete advice that has caused me to waste MMJ products or not make me aware of all of the options I had to use products. When I mentioned it to management, the response was that the vague information I received was not inaccurate. The manager, Gianna, said I relied on information I got off the internet on how to use the product, and because I wasn't happy with the results, I just wanted free product replacements. I was actually offered product replacements by a higher-up, also named Gianna, who said a Barbara would be contacting me to arrange for the refunds. Barbara did not call. Instead it was Gianna from Zen Leaf Neptune, and she refused to refund me as I was promised. I was given 25 off of my next order instead, which didn't nearly make up for the cost. I was told not to get any information off of the internet, yet a customer service representative told me not to listen to Zen Leaf employees, and get some recipes for edibles from the internet. The conversation was legally recorded. Four times the wrong products were put in my order. I am often given conflicting advice. When a battery was defective, I was refused a refund and given a less expensive battery. Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded for the remaining cost of lost products as a result of several conversations. Gianna claims she cannot pull up online chats which would prove I was given misleading information that led me to turn to the internet or incomplete info, yet some employees can do so. I have yet to determine the exact amount, but it is in the hundreds. I would at least like to file a complaint against the company for poor business practices. I can provide further details.
