I had a solar system installed at my residence in Jackson, Mo. In September 2020 and it has one thing after another going wrong with it. At first 4 panels were replaced and that didn't fix the problem. They came back and took the whole system down and checked all the components and put it back together after another short period , 4 panels started dropping production to 50 again. They said they would order 4 new panels..said panels took around 6 months to arrive to their destination. They have had them now for around 3 months ,and now I got a message from them saying they no longer work in this area and I'll have to find someone else locally to fix the problem. I signed a 25 yr. Contract with them on service and installation and this has been ongoing for over 1.5 years now and I feel that a dispute should be opened against them for not honoring their end of the contract. They don't seem to care about fixing the problems and I have been nice with them up till now...but I'm losing money everyday on production and it's time they get reported. Resolution Sought At this point since they will no longer do the maintenance or warranty, I want them to come and take the system out and refund the cost which was $43,000.00

We are sorry for the problems this customer experienced and the delays in making repairs. As of last week, four replacement solar panels have been installed, which should rectify the issues with the customer's solar system.

I've tried to type in a response and the page keeps shutting down and the message disappears. I do not know if the response is getting sent or not. But the problem still exists with one panel after 4 were replaced. Nobody is responding to my emails about the 5th panel and the repayment for the production that was lost as was stated to me more than once. Someone from this company need to step up and get this all taken care of because the ones in charge of my area don't seem to care . I'm still not happy with any of it until all promised things are taken care of.
