Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. The owner harassed me after the phone call ended. Me and the owner talked on the phone discussing art and she was rude showing harassing behavior the entire phone call. After the conversation was over, she got my personal phone number and texted me. Meanwhile the phone call got disconnected She stated "If you don't want to be critiqued then you should not send your work to galleries. You need to do your homework. Visit the galleries that interest you, look at their webpages. Your rudeness will not get you anywhere with any Art Dealer anywhere. I took the time to give you suggestions and you hung up. You sure didn't act like a lady of soul, which is what you call yourself." After the phone call was over she texts me her thought and opinions. I find this type of behavior offensive. I don't know why she felt the need to text me after the phone called ended. I never hung up on her, some how we got disconnected. Resolution Sought I don't want her texting me anymore!
