They send me a defective product that doesn't work and refuse to give my refund. Resolution Sought Get my refund.

Carolina refused to follow our company policy. This was the last email that was sent to her: Hello Carolina, We are not saying we will not give you a refund. If you go on our website you will see that this is the return order policy. Provide us the following; 1. Your order number to verify the purchase date 2. A 360-degree video and detailed photos of the unit, battery, and accessories. Also, if the box is not opened and you want to return it please send a photo as prove it is not opened. After you provide these we will proceed to give you a return label to send back the unit for a refund. Nobody said they wont give you a refund, please follow the return procedure and let us process the return for you before your 30 day return period is due.
