On or about July 1,2021 I placed an order for a Georgia Bulldog rug for my nephews room. I did not get any communication concerning this. No tracking information, no communication of any kind until I reached out to them. At that point which was July 17 I received a tracking. All the information that gave me Was it had left the airport of origin. I have no idea what is going on or where my package is . The email communications I was receiving said I needed to be patient. I have been more than patient at this point. I need some answers about my product Resolution Sought I want the product but I am not sure if it is even coming, when it will come, or if it will be the right thing when it gets here. So the product would be what I want.
