Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. After waiting for over a month and being referred to the tracking company (out of China), they decided they would reorder the item (hiking shoes). They have not responded to my request for a refund. They have no logistical description for a resolution and are sitting on my money llike I should give up. Their intolerable indifference is unacceptable, I want a refund not a second chance fir them to do it right. Resolution Sought Give me a refund.
