I had some work done to make things easier to maintain my pond. A clean out, new plumbing, a new pump, and a skimmer were installed. When the work was done it looked great! In the first months I noticed I was loosing water. Sometimes the water will evaporate a bit. I thought that was what was happening. After awhile I was adding water on a regular basis. I contacted the owner Mike Zieglers. Over the course of months, he kept telling me it was nothing he did. Had to be on my end, from the things he didn't work on. He would tell me things to try so we could locate the problem. I sent pictures of things that he ask me to do. Then I had to repeat the same things. He kept telling me he would come and take a look. He came out one time. Over the course of 1 year. I have all the texts and pictures of everything. I have called and text too many times. All his promises that I was on the list and he will check his schedule to set a date to come and take a look I have it all. The last time I contacted him, several weeks ago, he was texting me telling me I was a not the sharpest bulb, he gets enough shot from middle aged women, and few more comments I am not going to type. I explained I just need this fixed. And if it is on my end I will pay to have it fixed. It just seems funny I didn't had a leak until he worked on my pond. I have been adding water for the last year. Now he will not answer my texts or phone calls. Resolution Sought I would like my pond fixed. If he will not fix it, I either want my money back or have him pay to have someone else fix it.
