to be more professional and talk to customers the right way

This convenience store on San Pedro and West magnolia are unprofessional there's a manager in the morning he doesn't do anything about it he's a nice guy but he still doesn't do anything when I complain about this issue he doesn't care for any customers but only the employees and I get it the guy yelled at me yesterday really upset at me I didn't want to break the law of so I wanted to handle this the legal way there's only two employees at night time that work night shifts that are very rude I've heard other customers complain about their store on there Google views also they and the money to my wife kind of rude I'm thinking if they're scared of covid then they should wear gloves
