Constant issues with wifi going off, and sometimes land line phone. I pay my bill, they dont give me what i pay for. I set up technician visits. They only show about 1/2 the time. Resolution Sought Do what I pay them for

I canceled service on Oct 6, 2022 I paid my bill on Oct 4th, 2022, my bill was current they talk to me and canceled it and said there would not be no charges from here on out then I got a bill for 107.42 on a email when I called to talk to them about it they put me on hold and keep telling me it is Valid charges I have had their service for years and never had the service disconnected for non payment I asked for supervisor they refused to give me one . I'm very upset about matter please get back to me on this Matter. Resolution Sought Over turn the bill they say I owe.
