Zito media has caused me many problems over the years. I was overcharged on service for months before realizing. They set my account up for autopay when never agreeing to it( they said because they are an autopay service)but we never approved for them to, charging me extra fees, and disconnecting my account after being a day late on my bill. They Put notes in there system that were inaccurate stating things I never said, and charging my card on days that are not even a payment date for my account some multiple times a day. I've asked them to go back and listen to the recorded calls and they refused. Resolution Sought I would like them to remove the declined card payments as I've never set up auto payment.

At Zito Media we are an autopay, which means it is required to be enrolled in it. I have been on the phone numerous times about my bill and the service my internet has been flapping in and out of service nobody showed up to fix my issue or problem I got transfer from one person to another! Talking to a supervisor who was very rude and told me to pay or I won't get service then cut my service off!! Fed up with this company been having problems with them since I got the service no technician nothing but they quick to shut you up and credit your bill that you didn't ask for ridiculous!! Resolution Sought Fix my bill and my service I shouldn't have to continue to call about service that I'm not getting hardly it's always when you call a power outage in my area where I live especially Grand Rivers KY... I'm beyond upset that they would bribe me and disrespect me at the same time which told me to pay half of my bill then my service will be restore I want it to be fix..I haven't seen a bill or nothing.
