I filed two complaints already on this company they're still trying to charge me full price and I'm receiving half the service they sent me equipment to fix the problem and did not fix the problem and they're telling me that's my problem. Resolution Sought Fix my internet service or sign the business over to me.

We had no cable Friday Saturday and Sunday when you call they say they are aware of the problem and are working on it now we have only a few channels that keep pixelating and then go off. We don't have our local news stations either this is happening to all the customers in Port carbon pa. Why am I paying all this money for no service I hope you can help us thank you Resolution Sought Yes I am gonna look into something else and I want my money refunded
