Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

GoZoek basically robbed me of $3998.90!!!! I started with WIX.com building my own website and got tangled up with all of the google mumbo jumbo...So, on ever WIX.com page is a button labeled "HIRE A PROFESSIONAL" right?????? Naturally, since I was on the WIX.com website I thought I was hiring a WIX.com professional. NOPE THEY FARM INNOCENT WIX.com CUSTOMER'S TO OTHER WEB BUILDERS. GOZOEK.com was the website that picked up my business. I hired them to do everything but install the kitchen sink. I HAVE NOTHING!!!!! The web designer I started with either got fired or quit. They then assigned me to a design manager who never lifted a finger. Sent me a email asking me to start on my own SEO (whatever that is) I PAID THEM FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS UPFRONT AND DIDN'T GET A GD THING IN RETURN. Don't walk away from GoZoek.com.....run....like your running for your life. This incident has sent me into bankruptcy. My online Facebook Marketplace personal sales have completely tanked. All, I wanted was what I paid for. What I advertised online I was getting. BANKRUPTED ME!!! LITERALLY. Resolution Sought I want my money back! All of my followers are gone. I have no business anymore.
