Lacks Integrity

I want to ensure that my automatic yearly renewal didn't happen, so I wrote to them to inquire about cancelling a week early. I wanted to make sure I'd still be able to access the content if I did proceed with my early cancellation. They assured me I'd still be able to access the content until the end of my paid membership. Well, that wasn't the case. I tried to access the content the day before the end of my membership and I got a message saying I had to reactivate my membership to access content. This was what I was trying to ensure didn't happen. I paid for a year, and I wanted to be able to use it. I wrote to inquire about it that day, with the screen shots, and they told me I still could access the content. I couldn't. I wrote two more times, and they didn't bother to respond. Poor customer service.
