Issue resolution

I initially had a problem with Zoo Printing's protocol of handling files/customer service, but it was resolved when Shannon, the Customer Service Manager responded to me after I contacted them and he worked out a reprint to my client's satisfaction. I appreciate Shannon's being open to helping me (the Designer) turn out a job that my client was happy with. Thank you!
