We have a problem with water backup in toilet and tub in basement call them out they said we had a belly. Paid $7000 and they destroyed our side walk abs walk walkway causing us another 2500. Two weeks later back back flowing . Took a year for them to see what was wrong multiple calls no one coming out or calling back than they said it was a piece told us to order it and they will out it in . Wrong piece came so we ask them to order they have not return our call as of yet. Suppose to look at damage cause by workers never been address. You call them they make promises and you have to keep calling . You can never talk to a manger or supervisor only the same lady. That gives hopeless promises. I not understanding how you can charge someone this much for a problems that was not solved and act like we are the problem Resolution Sought I would like my sidewalk fixed and I would like for them to come placed the part in that suppose to be broken and honor there 5 year warranty on what they said was wrong that didn't fix the problem
