I bought a tool set, it was a couple hundred pieces and I only received 28 pieces and no refund Resolution Sought My money back

Thank you for contacting Zoro. I am unable to locate any orders in our system with email address that you listed in the customer information section. With the provided name in the customer information section, I was able to locate several orders, but none of them were for a tool set as you had listed in the complaint. Using the phone number in the customer information section, I am also unable to locate any orders or customer accounts. If there was an issue with an order that the complainant placed with Zoro, the request needs to come directly from the complainant with the order number that begins with "SO" or "WB" and we will be happy to assist the complainant further with this situation.
