I am constantly receiving emails for a medical bill that has been written off as charity care for Carolina Emergency Physicians. I have provided documentation by fax twice, was last sent by fax 2/2/24. I continue to get these emails and whenever I call to see if they have received the fax, they say they have not and it could take 10 days to apply it to my case once received. Whenever I start asking further questions, the representative will disconnect the call EVERY TIME. I have been trying since November 2023 to resolve this issue and have not gotten anywhere, it is impossible to speak with someone in charge or a supervisor. Resolution Sought I would like the company to apply the documentation that I sent them to this bill and stop emailing me saying I owe it when it's already been taken care of.
