Hello, I play an inter active game on WWF2, they have clubs that compete against each other each week for the win. We currently were matched up with Cool Zone, that is known to play dirty, and this week they went above, and beyond anyone's expectations. What they did was allow their players to leave the club, so they could eat, sleep, go to work etc, and brought in another player to play in their spot, sometimes 4 players at a time. So they could go full speed 24/7 to take the win. As you can see that's an unfair advantage to other clubs. If Zynga would implement the same practices they use when a club removes a member. 7 days grace period to return and removes the trophies earned, this would greatly reduce this unsportsmanlike behavior. I have contacted Zynga over this, and I get their go to response of were checking into it, but we can not let you know the outcome, but it has been mine and many others experience that nothing is done. If this is allowed to continue, there's no point in playing the game at all. As Cool Zone will always be the winner. Cool Zone club ID 68418417. Zynga claims they want a fair advantage on their game site, but what this club has been doing is down right cheating. I am enclosing Screenshots of my dealings with Zynga which I believe to be futile, and Cool Zone players admitting on social media this swapping of players was taking place. It's disheartening that we work so hard, and make sacrifices in our everyday lives, to be beaten by such a tactic Resolution Sought Fix the loophole of players being allowed to leave and return before 7 days, if they leave on their own remove their trophies. Ban Cool Zone off the site.

The game has a glitch and it keeps freezing and my chips goes missing . It sums up more than 600b chips. I made videos and screenshots; the background of the room goes without theme, but VIP sand support slandered me and they are just closing my tickets! I'm unable to do the change of the room by myself, but for Zynga it's normal. I gave up the game, but I noticed that Zynga charged me three times on my cards on 22nd march, I have no idea why and I don't know anything from Zynga poker who would cost 1 dollar each. Anyway, Zynga shouldn't do that! I sent the transactions to VIP, and they don't see any purchase for that! I can't do that to or by myself either! Resolution Sought They should acknowledge its flaws , I wouldn't be complaining for nothing. Refund and not making it anymore. I'm not even playing it since they are closing my queries automatically.

Well, I’ve been taking all the steps of the troubleshooting and it kept happening. There’s no good answer, it’s just the standard answer with no further information or careful analysis. The sum missing was from a larger period. Anyway, I just keep complaining for searching for a fair treatment and environment to play. But it’s not a fair as Zynga claims. I quit playing,, it’s just ridiculous to pay for being slendered and disregarded, to close tickets with no response is just unimaginable behavior from a serious company. I’m looking for refund from Zynga, because as the receipts I sent to them it has been billed by Zynga and not by Apple, even so I reached Apple and they confirmed that their billing would appear as Apple billing. Here in Brazil and as far as I know, everywhere it’s a very serious issue to bill someone with no consent. I just can think it as a scam, if you charge three times each player without their consent, even for a small amount. For me it’s just unacceptable. If it was my company it would concern me and I would do my best to apologize and repair it at the best of my power. I hope people to be aware of what Zynga do!
