Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. We met the financial requirements but because I was disabled they said I did not qualify for the specials

They were having a vacation special for 4 days 3 nights and of course you had a listen to a time share speech. When I called to get this special they came right out and said that I did not qualify because I was disabled. We met the financial requirements but because I was disabled they said I did not qualify for the specials and I believe that is discrimination. I am on disability because of PTSD and lupus, but I don't see how that matters
