We rate this company as having an unsatisfactory business performance record. The company has a pattern of complaints alleging misrepresentation regarding services offered. Specifically, reunion committees who selected the company were led to believe alumni in attendence would receive a "memory book" comprised of photos of the event and of each person who attended. Most complaints alleged the books were never received. A few complained the books were not as previously described. Instead of photos of the event, the book was merely a directory of those who were unable to attend. A few complaints allege the company failed to refund fees after cancellations were requested. The company responded by indicating additional time was needed for delivery of the publications. Other responses reminded the committees there is no written agreement outlining the content of the book, therefore they contend a misunderstanding must have occured. Some complaints were closed as disputed, the customer was not satisfied with the company's response. Other complaints remain unanswered. On March 3, 1998, the company advised the Bureau that effective immediately, they have gone out of business. Our files show the company has responded to some customer complaints after the March 3rd date, which would indicate they are still receiving mail. The Better Business Bureau does not endorse, recommend or disapprove of any product, service or company.
