Much better customer service needed.

I'm going there every single month but my barber wasn't in on this Saturday. Mind you I've been going over two years. When I get there they just looked at me stand in the middle of the floor. But wouldn't serve me. They sat on their phones and wouldn't even talk to me. No one should be treated like that. At least answer when a person is asking to be serviced. After all don't they want the money?
