Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Clean up or get get out of business and learn how to deal with the public or shut the doors would be better

Went to this place to rent a UHaul truck. This place is ridiculous nasty and scary to go in. Rick is very unprofessional and rude, I don't know why u haul does business with this man, told me his mother was being quarantined for coronavirus. Why would he be doing business with the public not to mention his attitude and the filth of that place.three other people came there after me to get a truck after me .they came out to the u haul truck to try to get this done on line where I was and said that man is an a**. sorry business.
