Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The last three times I have shopped at Ridley's grocery store I have been overcharged consistently.

I shop at old town Ridley's location. I have been over charged here and there in the past (I have accepted to be accidental). The last three times I have shopped at Ridley's grocery store I have been overcharged consistently. The sales that are posted inside the store is not upheld at the cash register. I find this not to be a every once in awhile problem. I feel Ridley's business practices are becoming fraudulent. A lot of their customer's are elderly and disable and can be overcharged without their knowledge. I Do not feel the community in old town should be taken advantage of. They need to put there sale items in the computer system at the right price. To have their checkout employees know what the sales are, the correct prices and to double-check the prices as they are checking customers out to make sure those items are correctly priced.
