Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered.

I have been using Rite Aid Pharmacy for the past two- three years now. I have a serious bone disease and I have to take pain meds to function. There have been instances in the past, but on May 21 my doctor sent a script in for me as I just had dental surgery. They did not give me my prescription or even let me know it was there until May 24th when my husband and I went to get one of my monthly meds filled. Instead of giving me my monthly medication Scott gave me the 18 pills that my doctor prescribed 3 days earlier , I went back immediately as my prescription is for 180 pills. When we got back to rite aid , Scott was yelling at my husband and me because we were both upset … Scott made me give back the 18 pills that I paid for, and said that he was not going to fill my monthly prescription until my husband apologized to him?! I was standing there crying and asked my husband to please just apologize ( even though Scott should have been the one apologizing) he did reluctantly apologize to Scott , because I need my medicine to function. This led to my husband being very angry and upset for days after. A pharmacist demanding an apology when he was clearly in the wrong ?? I find this completely unacceptable and I am already transferring to a new pharmacy , I will never set foot or get anything from rite aid again. Scott is the rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered. I want to file this complaint against him and his colleague Brita who also was there and did nothin
