Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I think River City Accounting does excellent work. Pam does our books and it is always accurate and right. We have never had a problem. We have used their service for over 11 years. Pam is very sweet. She is very professional and very accurate. If there is something I need to know she is right there and she lets me know what I need. I would definitely recommend her.
