Investigate why they wont honor the tickets

Today nov. 30 2019 purchased and cashed in some scratch tickets two separate times the third time i went in the store i am informed that since i allegedly have a bad check their for 16 dollars seven years ago and they are told to not cash any tickets in for me until resolved. I called owner asked what check was bad as i don't have any recall of said check. So they refused to take my lottery tickets and two other people tried and were refused with the same tickets and were turned away as well
