Meg was rude. Owner is shady.

The owner is very shady. There is no information about them. After careful research into this rental. It shows a Knoxville address. The website shows a CPA possibly owns the business. The lady I contacted Meg was unfriendly when I asked to keep me on the wait-list. She rudely said "No". I reached out to HUD. There was no resolve of my issue. This property has likely false reviews on Google. I do not believe everyone is happy there. Besides the property is not within walking distance to stores, etc. Please think before you move your liver one here. I wouldn't dare do it.
